Riverside Marine joins Bhagwan Marine
Australian marine solutions company and ASX-Listed, Bhagwan Marine Limited (ASX: BWN) (Bhagwan Marine), has completed the acquisition of 100% of Riverside Marine Holdings Pty Ltd and related entities (Riverside Marine), effective 31 March 2026.
The acquisition supports Bhagwan’s growth strategy by enhancing its service offering, diversifying across commodities and geographies and expanding its recurring revenue base.

In Hay Point, Rivtow Marine Queensland provides management of a fleet of vessels at the Port of Hay Point. As a result, Rivtow Marine Queensland is the sole service provider for BMA for tug management and towage services.
In Port Hedland, Rivtow Marine manages the largest fleet of tugs in any port in Australia with 17 tugs under its leadership. Rivtow Marine provides a safe, flexible and efficient service to its customer in Port Hedland. This allows for the largest bulk export port in the world to operate seamlessly on a continual 24/7 basis.
